How can I track my order?
Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email, along with a follow up email with a tracking number.
How much is shipping?
It is a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping and $15 for priority and express shipping.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if the item is damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours.
